Back by popular demand (truly THE most requested recipe by all our friends) is Yoshii’s Caesar Dressing.
I’ve made it with cracker-crusted chicken tenders for a twist on the classic chicken caesar. I’ve tossed it with kale to top a cheesy pesto salad pizza.
And now I simply bring you – the ingredients. Easy to save, come back to, and whip out when you want a healthy salad dressing… which for me is every week.

INGREDIENTS
1 Lemon
¼ cup Parmesan
¼ cup Dijon Mustard
3 tbsp. Olive Oil
1 tsp. Anchovy Paste
1 tsp. Worcester Sauce
1 tbsp. Hot Sauce of Choice (my choice: Frank’s Original Hot)
Salt & Pepper
Optional: Shaved or Shredded Parmesan
Serving Size: TBD on how much dressing you like!
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine olive oil, lemon, Dijon mustard, anchovy paste, Worcester sauce, hot sauce, and salt & pepper for the dressing.
- Enjoy!
