Looking for a last minute dessert to add to the holiday line up this week that requires little to no effort and three ingredients? Here you go! Christmas Turtles.

For such a simple concept, they are beyond addicting and a very fun addition to the holiday cookie spread. Although technically not a cookie, they are still just as snackable and sweet. Plus they are so easy to make, you can pull together a ton, wrap them in a gift box and give to your friends, neighbors, co-workers, teachers, you name it, as a sweet no-fuss holiday treat. And who doesn’t like pretzels and rolos?
My kiddo is too small to help in the kitchen just yet but you better be sure that when he is, these will be in the lineup of goodies to make together. If you have a young one (and aren’t afraid of the occasional stolen rolo and impending sugar high) then give this one a try. It could be a really fun holiday activity when looking for things to do as school and work wind down for the year.
Enjoy!
