I don’t know about you but I am a seasonal drinker. Not seasonal as in only drink during a particular season. No, have you met me? I am still a Kelly. But I do love to drink WITH the season. Vodka in the spring, rum in the summer, tequila in the fall, and whisky in the winter! There is nothing quite like the warm burning in your chest after sipping a whiskey on a cold winter day.
Nick and I usually sip High West straight but on the off chance I feel fancy and want to make a cocktail, it needs to have simple ingredients I would otherwise have at the house and preferably no shaker… I can never get the lid on and off easily.
So enjoy this delightfully easy and deliciously warming winter sipper while Nick and I pack our bags for summer weather in Australia for the rest of year! Cheers friends!
