
As of the last few months, my new favorite ingredient to top salads or use as an appetizer is feta.
It’s salty, it’s easily manipulated (for cooking purposes of course) and it’s cheese! Unless you are allergic, who doesn’t like cheese?
This baked feta recipe is the perfect addition to your cooking adventures and an easy go-to appetizer for a small group.
It’s sweet, savory, gooey and literally only 4 ingredients. Not to mention, it’ll deliciously warm and looks professionally made. Do yourself a favor and make hosting easier this year with this recipe.

INGREDIENTS
8 oz. Feta in Brine
1 tbsp. Honey
Fresh Cracked Black Pepper
Herbs
Serving Size: 2-4
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 400°.
- Remove Feta from brine and pat dry.
- Slice into ½ thick blocks and place into a small glass or porcelain baking dish.
- Bake feta for 8 minutes until soft to touch but not melted.
- Remove from the oven.
- Drizzle honey on top of the feta.
- Return to the oven and switch from bake to BROIL.
- Broil on HIGH heat for 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh cracked black pepper and herbs.
- Enjoy!
